In order to provide additional details to questions that we are certain will likely come up during the course of your preparations for our wedding we have provided the information below. Although it is not exhaustive, it is a start to some general inquires we are certain you will have. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any additional concerns or questions.
SAVE THE DATES
We hope you enjoyed the save the dates! If you know in advance that you will be unable to attend our wedding please contact us directly and do not wait till you receive the formal invitations. We hope that you all will be able to attend but if you can’t we understand.
INVITATION & ADULT ONLY CELEBRATION
We have sent invitations addressed specifically to those whom are expected to be in attendance to the wedding ceremony and reception. Please refrain from sending RSVP’s with attendees that were not on the initial invitation or bringing uninvited guests. We would like to prevent having to turn away guests whom are not explicitly invited to the celebration. We are informing you in advance that we will not accommodate uninvited guests. We are also asking that you refrain from bringing any children to the wedding events. The event is on the water and we want to avoid any safety hazards for the children. As well the event will not be age appropriate for children attendees. Eventhough the wedding is outdoors the venue does not have a smoking section and does not allow smoking on the premises. If you would like to inquire if you could bring additional guests please contact us directly.
PLUS ONE’S
As of now our guest list is full and we aren’t accommodating plus one requests. We hope that you all can respect our decision on this matter. If you have any questions please contact us directly.
ATTIRE
This event calls for formal attire. Men’s attire should consist of a suit and women’s attire should consist of a knee or long length cocktail or evening dresses. The ceremony will take place outside on the sandy beach and the reception will take place in a pavilion that does not provide air conditioning. Please keep this in mind when deciding on your attire and chosen footwear for the wedding day.
PARKING
There is plenty of parking available onsite and will be located on the gravel top in front of the venue. There will be no additional travel required due to all wedding day events will take place at the same location.
PHOTOGRAPHY
We have hired a phenomenal photographer and fantastic videographer to capture all of our special moments. We encourage our guest to take their own pictures after the wedding ceremony however, please let our hired professionals capture our special moments at the altar and during the ceremony. We would like to avoid some of the most common wedding photography mishaps. We will share the pictures and videos on this website as soon as we get them. Also please share your photos of our event with us. We greatly appreciate it. Also, we ask that guest please turn off or silent all cell phones during the ceremony.
RECEPTION BEVERAGES
In addition to soft drinks, the alcoholic beverages that will be served are beer and wine only.
Accommodations
Guest who are coming from out of town and need lodging, can reserve rooms at the following local hotels. We have NOT made arrangements with any hotel to block rooms due to most guest living in the local area.

Registry
Many of you have generously asked about our wedding registry. Though your presence is what would make us smile the most, if you are so inclined, in lieu of a gift we ask that you please make a monetary contribution of your choosing. We have already combined two household and have two of everything. If you would prefer to give a traditional gift we are registered at Bed Bath and Beyond.
